These terms govern access to and use of RAG Service Matcher (the “App”, at https://tce-usa.regiusgroup.com), an internal business application owned and operated by Regius Advisory Group LLC (“Regius”, “we”). By signing in or connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the App, you accept these terms.

Who may use the App

The App is for Regius personnel and associates who receive an account from a Regius administrator. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Regius may change a user’s role or suspend an account at any time, for example when an engagement or working relationship ends.

Acceptable use

  • Use the App only for Regius business and only with client data you are authorized to handle.
  • Keep client information confidential and do not export it beyond what your work requires.
  • Do not try to access data or functions outside your role, or interfere with the App’s security.

AI-generated content

The App uses AI to draft analyses, estimates, invoice concepts, deliverables and translations. Drafts can be incomplete or inaccurate. A Regius team member must review and approve any content before it is sent to a client, signed or invoiced, and remains responsible for it.

QuickBooks Online connection

  • Only a person authorized to act for the QuickBooks Online company may connect it, and by doing so confirms that authority.
  • Once connected, the App creates and updates customers and products/services, and creates invoices when a user requests them, as described in the Privacy Policy. Invoices are created in QuickBooks as issued documents; the user who requests one is responsible for checking its content.
  • The connection can be ended at any time from Admin > QuickBooks in the App or from QuickBooks Online.
  • QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit Inc. under its own terms. The App is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

Ownership

The App, its catalog and its content belong to Regius. Client data belongs to Regius or to the respective client. These terms do not grant any license other than access to the App to do your work for Regius.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided “as is” for internal use. To the extent permitted by law, Regius makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, including errors in AI drafts or data synchronized with third-party services.

Changes, governing law and contact
